Supply, Deployment and Maintenance of a Central Electronic Monitoring System
A remote, online and real time electronic monitoring system that records and reports the gambling activities and transactions of all licensed gambling operations, as provided for under section 90 of the Gaming and Entertainment Control Act, 2018.
Design, Customisation, Implementation, Support and Maintenance of an Automated and Integrated Licensing, Workflow Infrastructure and Document Management System
A document centred licensing and records system that automates the Board's licensing processes, enables online applications and digital workflows, and strengthens compliance monitoring, reporting and the secure storage of sensitive information.
How to submit a proposal
- Submit the technical proposal and the financial proposal concurrently, each in its own separate sealed envelope, clearly marked.
- Submit one original and one copy of each proposal.
- Deliver proposals to the Tender box, Gambling Board of Namibia reception, No. 8 Simeon Shixungileni Street, Windhoek, not later than 29 October 2026 at 11:00. No late submissions will be accepted.
- Proposals must remain valid 90 days after the submission date.
- Attach the documentary evidence required by section 50 of the Public Procurement Act, 2015: company registration certificate, valid good standing tax certificate, valid good standing social security certificate, valid affirmative action compliance certificate or exemption, and the undertaking on salaries and wages. Requirements (i) to (iv) do not apply to foreign firms, but a local firm bidding in joint venture with a foreign firm must comply in full.
- Requests for clarification must be in writing and reach the Board no later than seven days before the submission date, that is by 22 October 2026.
